St.X [Santa Cruz]

The series St.X explores dozens of variations of crucifixion on crosses that exist merely as a gap between the four-part leathery background in 3-metre-tall images. The collectively developed visual language gives space to details that can be experienced as part of the creation process. Formally, “STX” reverses principle of the “FrameWork” concept: The outer frame turns inwards and becomes the scaffolding for body interaction
